Recently there was a discussion on whether users are allowed to watch videos in library? As per my opinion I thought yes let them use library spaces to watch movies unless and until they dont disturb others and there is enough space available for others to sit in the library.
We all are facing serious issues of getting users into physical libraries if this is the argument why not allow them to use library spaces for their relaxation and even if they wish to watch videos on their laptops.
